Service requests
Service is requested by phone. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Dispatch schedules a licensed plumber based on availability, and arrival times are estimates only.
The price for any job is explained to you before work starts. Work begins only after you agree to the price and scope. If the plumber finds additional problems, you will be told before further work is done.
